For restaurant chefs and operators
Local farm produce, delivered on one invoice
RouteFuse combines orders from local farms into one refrigerated delivery on a predictable schedule. Less coordination for your kitchen. More local food on the menu.
Built for kitchens and nearby farms
RouteFuse connects restaurants that want local food with farms that would rather pack than drive.
Restaurant chefs and operators
Order from nearby farms in one go. Get one refrigerated delivery and one invoice.
Small local farms
Skip the half-day drive for small drops. Pack to a set window and hand off to the route.
From farm pack to your walk-in
Farms list what is ready, you order once, and the route brings it all in one cold delivery.
Farms list what is ready
Nearby farms post available products and pack them in standard, labeled totes for the route.
Order before the cutoff
Choose quantities in one order. Pre-approve substitutions, or mark an item no-substitute.
Receive cold, pay once
Your order arrives on the Tue or Fri route with one consolidated invoice for your team.
What you get from one shared route
Less back-and-forth for kitchens. Fewer small drives for farms. Both work to a fixed schedule.
One delivery instead of many
Orders from several farms ride together on a single refrigerated route, so receiving takes one handoff.
One invoice to process
Every farm item lands on a single consolidated invoice, not a stack of separate bills.
No day-of surprises
Clear order cutoffs and pre-approved substitutions settle changes before prep day.
A schedule you can plan around
Fixed Tuesday and Friday cadence, with cold handling and standardized totes and labels.
Questions, answered
What does RouteFuse cost?
Pricing is still being planned and nothing is for sale yet. Joining the waitlist costs nothing, and we will share how pricing works with the list as early access opens.
When is delivery available?
The planned cadence is Tuesday and Friday. We have no launch date to announce yet. Waitlist members hear first when early access opens.
Is it only for restaurants?
The waitlist is for restaurant chefs, owners and operators. Local farms are the other side of the route, supplying the products you order.
How do substitutions work?
You approve alternates ahead of the order cutoff, or mark an item as no-substitute. That way a stockout does not turn into a last-minute call.
What happens with my email?
We use it only to tell you about RouteFuse early access. We ask for nothing else now: no name, no business details, no payment.
